Localized Cryotherapy
Local Cryotherapy is used to reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling in targeted areas. Unlike Whole Body Cryotherapy, which stimulates cold receptors all over the body in order to trigger an internal systemic anti-inflammatory response, local cryotherapy allows us to treat a specific location. A loal cryotherapy treatment generally takes about 5-10 minutes depending on the area treated. A local cryotherapy treatment provides the patient with a rush of oxygenated blood, a natural analgesic effect and a reduction in muscle tension in the treatment area.

Local Cryotherapy is used to reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling in targeted areas.
Unlike whole body cryotherapy, which uses a cryotherapy sauna, local cryotherapy uses a smaller machine that includes a hand held piece allowing us to apply extremely cold air (-240 F) to the troubled area.
Local cryotherapy may be more beneficial instead of (or in conjunction with) other cryotherapy treatments if the client is facing a particular kind of injury or trouble area. This is common in athletes who have sustained an injury, or anyone who has sustained sprain or muscle pull, or is recovering from surgery.

Cryotherapy treatments have been used in the health and beauty industry for years to maintain the skin.
Cryotherapy facials are a noninvasive cosmetic procedure and, unlike certain peels or microdermabrasion, they won’t leave skin looking red or raw.
During a cryo facial, the intense cold causes your blood vessels to contract and your pores to tighten. Once your skin returns to its normal temperature, the blood vessels dilate quickly.
This causes an increase in the flow of blood and oxygen to the face, which can make skin glowy and more vibrant, and may also cause your lips to look more plump. The rush of blood and oxygen can also make the face look less swollen.
Cryotherapy, in general, may have health benefits for people with skin conditions. One study, for example, showed that whole-body cryotherapy can help reduce atopic dermatitis symptoms.
There’s also some research supporting the idea that extremely cold temperatures can reduce sebum production, thereby reducing acne.
As you age, your body’s collagen production slows down, causing skin to loosen and lose its luster. The sub-zero temperatures of cryotherapy trigger the body’s response to produce more collagen. When more collagen is produced, your skin looks tighter and fresher, returning the healthy glow of your youth.
Clear skin: Users with issues such as acne problem have found frequent whole body cryotherapy to be impressive with fewer or hardly any blots over time. Acne scars and other related freckle appearances people also experience pleasant appearance with fantastic outlooks over time.
Collagen production improvement: Cryotherapy treatments improves collagen production with the end-result of a reduction of classic aging signs. Productions of collagen results in healthier, smoother skin tone which makes your skin shining and younger.
Fewer toxins: With weekly or periodic cryotherapy treatment sessions, toxin deposits in your skin are expelled, making your skin blemish-free, glowing, and fortified with natural skin nutrients.
Fewer wrinkles: Appearance of wrinkles are lessened with the help of cryotherapy treatment due to cells regeneration; thereby improving production of collagen. Traces of fine wrinkles will be reduced to a minimum and your skin will look younger.
Cellular regeneration: Undergoing cryotherapy skin rejuvenation treatments quickens regeneration of natural cells and removes dead cells to be replaced with new ones.
